A sublime cut of beef for Sunday roast or a celebration. Sirloin has a good layering of fat and decent marbling which results in a tender and succulent roast. Our free range, grass fed beef is hand selected by John, directly from local farms and prepared in house, by our experienced team of butchers.

About our Beef

John hand selects all our prime beef directly from established Kent farmers, whose cattle are raised on natural grass pastures using high-welfare, traditional farming methods, producing tender beef with strong natural marbling and rich depth of flavour.

The beef is hung for a minimum of 30 days before being butchered the raditional way – nose to tail.

You can collect your order the next working day from either New Romney Butchers or Lotland Farm (John Howe Turkeys), between 10am and 4pm – Monday to Saturday.
