Our free-range lamb comes from trusted farmers across Kent and Sussex, where traditional methods have been passed down for generations.
We carefully select the very best lamb, raised on the Romney Marsh, as well as around Leeds Castle and Bodiam, with some even grazed on our own farm near Biddenden. The natural salt marsh diet, rich in native grasses and samphire, gives the meat its distinctive, delicate flavour.
