Our Deluxe Beef Hamper includes:

  • A 4 Bone Rib of Beef (approx 6.0kg/18 servings) – choose from on the bone or boned & rolled – free range and locally produced
  • **Please note that the number of bones provided may vary depending on the overall weight of the rib**
  • 20 rashers of Dry Cured, Back Bacon
  • 20 Traditional Pork Sausages – handmade by our butchers
  • 1/2 a Gammon OR 1/2 Cooked Ham (approx 3kg) – made specially by Moons Green of Wittersham
  • 30 Pigs in Blankets – handmade by our butchers
  • 2lb Sausage Meat – handmade by our butchers
  • 2 x Stuffing Mix
  • Goose Fat
  • 2 x Beef Gravy
  • Horseradish

John hand selects all our prime beef directly from established Kent farmers, whose cattle are raised on natural grass pastures using high-welfare, traditional farming methods, producing tender beef with strong natural marbling and rich depth of flavour.

The beef is hung for a minimum of 30 days before being butchered the raditional way – nose to tail.
