Fry or Griddle Each Side

Rare: 3-4mins

Med: 4-5mins

Well Done: 6-7mins

Roast 

220C/425F/Gas 7 (fan 200C).

Brown on all sides in a pan 

15 minutes for Rare

23 minutes for medium-rare
